About us

Index Kosova, joint venture with BBSS Gallup International was founded in 2000, as the first privately owned independent public opinion, media and market research Company in Kosova. Index Kosova is the first company to provide research services for local and international clients throughout Kosova.

The range of services offered currently by Index Kosova comprises quantitative ad-hoc and regular social political, media and market research, as well as qualitative research. Index Kosova offers research among ethnic minorities as well, whereas surveys among Serb minority are managed and organized by BBSS, while other minorities are covered by Index Kosova itself.

Quality Assurance

Index Kosova carries out research according to internationally recognised quality standards. Index Kosova complies with ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Conduct, to other quality guidelines adopted by ESOMAR, and to the Quality Standard of the Gallup International Association.

All interviewers are trained in-house according to ESOMAR standards.

Quality control includes telephone and door-to-door back checking at least 15% of respondents by regional supervisors.

Interviewing manning (probing, prompting, filter questions, show cards)
